Fresh Large Royal Tiger Prawns
Large prawns with a bold pattern: dark brown bands crossing a pale body, long striped antennae, and a tail fan edged in blue and yellow. Shown raw on paper and on a plate; a third shot has them cooked, turned orange-red and glossy, plated with lemon and greens.
Banding this pronounced usually means a big, meaty prawn — the kind that holds its shape on the grill and stays juicy. Split them down the back, grill or steam them, and finish with garlic butter or a chilli dip.
